Research Interests
- Systematic: aesthetics / philosophy of art, philosophy of culture, philosophical anthropology, critique of religion, philosophy of science.
- Historical: Kant, early Romanticism (esp. Novalis and Schlegel), philosophy of the nineteenth/twentieth centuries (esp. Blumenberg, Cassirer, Heidegger).
- Current dissertation project under the title: ‘Theory as Possibility – On Philosophical Self-Contemplation in Ernst Cassirer’.
